Sharing ideas and experience: the ECA mentorship programme

Thanks to a group of active students, an international mentoring programme is being developed in the framework of the ECA. After a difficult start, the programme is becoming popular among the participants of the conference. It will enable students or young professionals in Switzerland and other countries taking the opportunity of this international conference to find a mentor or a “coach” who will help them to discover professional life and get more confidence.

Daniel Oliveira, one of our FR, also took the opportunity to find his mentor: David Kepley, from NARA, whose session Daniel reported about, kindly accepted to mentor him. Gary Brennan (UK) and Christine Martinez have also met and are now mentee and mentor!

The mentoring programme team hope that other experienced professionals will volunteer to be mentors.
