In the 4th picture, the person standing next to Isabel Rochat is wearing the uniform of a "huissier". The "huissiers" are employees of the state. They aren't exactly bodyguards, but, amongst other duties, have to stand next to the members of the government during their official representation tasks.

A traditional dress of the Geneva region looks slightly different - have a look at www.fccg.ch.

I guess you already found the youtube videos in the interview section.

Besides that, the Association of Swiss Archivists (VSA) hosts the videos of all the plenary sessions on their pages.

http://www.vsa-aas.org/de/aktuell/eca-2010/

(you can navigate the keynote by days by clicking on the dates on the left side of the navigation)

Thank you for your prompt response,
The answer to my 1st question about BCS implementation could be found in W3.2 with Alexender Samarin. For the second one it could be identified clearly in sessions but this one could be suitable F.3.5 Developing and Implementing Globally Harmonised Software Specifications for Records (F, G)by Richard Blake or T.3.12 Moreq2 as a vehicle for best practice in records management: establishing
a solid platform for future collaboration (F)
Jon Garde, Marc Fresko.
Thank you for your help.

Good morning Soufiane

thank you for your questions. But to be able to ask them we need to know (as exactely possible) to whom (you mention a specialist) and in which session we should ask them. The Link to the programme is just above in the blog where you click on
"Here you can find the ECA2010 programme".

Best regards

Thank you for giving this opportunity, Is there any experience relating to difficulties of designing and implementing a BCS in an ERMS?
How is it possible to get in touch with the specialist who made the presentation?
Regards,
