Tour of Mdina and Rabat

On Wednesday night CITRA 2009 participants had the pleasure of touring the historical city centers of Mdina and Rabat, culminating in a reception thrown by the Friends of the National Archives at the lovely Santo Spirito hospital, converted into the National Archives in the 1970s.  We wandered through the serpentine streets of Mdina, admired the baroque and medieval architecture, and looked out at the Mediterranean Sea.  Here are some photographs of our visit.
